lowering springs will eventually wear out faster than the stocks

i think with the rubbing noise with the teins is that the fact that those springs were not made for our cars but made for the older lancers, cause i was flipping through the 2008 tein catalog and under the 2008 Lancer it said TBA, so teins for our cars have not officially been released, but the older teins will fit our cars

i have a question regarding springs

i want springs which r pretty stiff, cause i had tanabe GF's on my old car and i loved them for its stiffness which springs would u recommend?

the rubbing noise can also be caused by the coils itself without anyhting in between the coil and strut. on top and bottom.everytime you turn the steering wheel for ex. backing out of a parking spot and taking a sharp turn when you do,you will hear the rubbing sound.i had the rubbing noise happen with me wheni had my V2s on my lancer.
