    no idea how can i tell, but i did leave my dampers at 15

    i think i will lower it to about 10

    1-8: Suggested for track use.
    9-16: Suggested for mountain/aggressive use.
    17-32: Suggested for common street use.

    oh trust me man, you will love them, the steering if much easier now, i dont know what it is, but i can turn little wider now and also it so much more smoother and easier

    what did you set your dampers at?? i have mine set at 15, but wanna change them to about 12 make it little bit more stiffer

    coilovers is the best thing to get, i had coils on my galant before and it was good, but not as good as these.
