i personally love Injen, i got a CAI in my 09 lancer and besides the sound (which is awesome) mpg went up significantly. As far a hydro locking, i'm not too worried since i put a hydro shield on it and the compartment where the filter sits seems sturdy enough as to not let water in

my takeda intake added better mileage and came with a heat shield that hooks onto the stock air intake, so either way, i guess it's just what the person wants. lol

I beat all of y'all! I slapped a filter onto the end of the stock intake piping! WINNING! 28 MPG midgrade. Well that's also on a good day when I'm not whomping on the gas.......................or driving in the city................or driving at all.............................................................oooooohhh shut up lol

I already rock a dork in ma pants thank you very much.

I'm thinking of doing an actual CAI once I save up the money, and have 27 seconds to scratch my ass, brush my hair, and install it.

i have the fujita and according to performance auto and sound the fujita is the way to go.. the sound is pretty much the same with every intake i found out.. (deep and not to loud). but fujita seems to give you the better lower end power then say k&n and aem.. suprisingly.

a lot of other cars perfer fujita but my problem with them is the fact that they are known for the paint on the intake itself fading lol not an issue for some but for me lol kinda was
