updates on RRM Turbo

    Well, I'm sure that would make all the CVT guys sad.

    But like all things, I'm sure this can be overcome...just not as fast as you would like it.

    On the EvoM forums, Rob just announced that they're going to be selling the turbo for the MT if you ballers are interested

    good thing is, maybe when the ralliart comes out, they'll be able to get the CVT to work, seeing as Ralliart isn't coming in M/T last i heard...

    Ralliart is coming out in may next year correct? and yes it is coming in M/T so Ive heard it is deffinite

    They said it was going to be around $4700. You'd have to call in for an exact price.

    what about the rest of the parts and labor? anybody guess on the overall price? if its $4700 I can't see this being better than getting a RA and starting from there....

    labor will cost you!!!!! It will have the parts to put it together minus the electronics and maybe the fmic. Other companies aftermarket turbo kits have just the turbo system minus the electronics and fmic. While other companies have the entire kit (turbo, header, fmic, piping...) minus the electronics. And dont forget it has to be tuned as well.

    jw, any news on this being compatible w/ the 4b12 engine? not that i'm planning to turbo it, but i'd like to know, cuz if it is, then that would just how compatible the 2 engine's parts will be

    I don't think so. They have to fab up a new exhaust header for it too.

    well the kit is done for the manual cars they just have 4 kits for now so i read on evom :wink:

    we will be working on the 4b12 as soon as we are finished with the cvt car.

    yea..but i doubt it'll b that much..ill pay $3k-$3.5k..ill pay $4k if it can get me 115+hp at 10-12 psi..some numbers around there is worth it..
