    *7/24/08* - Sound System Installed

    I finally got my system installed. I got a few friends who worked at a local shop down here, so I decided to let the pros install it.

    -2 12" JL W3 Subwoofers
    -Infinity 6 1/2 all around
    -Infinity Tweeters (installed in OEM pod)
    -Kicker Amplifier
    -Rockford Fosgate Amplifier
    -Rockford Fosgate Capacitor
    -Rockford Fosgate Wiring Kit
    -Kenwood Double-Din Head Unit

    looking good bro.

    btw. I have the Ecsta SPT's and the tires work very well in my opinion awesome grip in very aggressive cornering, great traction in rain to (flooded roads today from rain) surprisingly since its a summer tire. Got mine for ~122 a piece from discount tire direct for 215/45R-18, and the 225/45R-18 for 111. your choice of rim is on the site to. http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direc ... vid=011516

    But overall i am very happy with the Kumho's in case you decide to get them.

    you really dont need that big of box my friends has that same setup in his accord pushed by a jl 500 watt amp and the box is half the size so try cutting space it will look cleaner

    Thanks for the advice. I really don't mind the big box cause I don't use the trunk, not even for groceries.

    But I am going to be building my own custom enclosure, so this box will do for now.

    Where is the amp and stuff located? you put em on the floor of hte trunk, behind the box?

    my bad man... i was droppin my sisters ta work. i wasnt sure if it was u, but i had this feeling it was. cause i saw it in the garage thingy. i was like OOOE shiiii someones gettin some sounds on the whip. yayuh.

    so how does the rattle in the rear deck sound?

    hell...with those subs you probably can't even hear it...can you hear with those? LOL!!! :D

    All good... Let me know when you and friends are going up to the drag strips and I will be there.



    lol... yeah, I can't hardly hear any rattle with the subs bumping. And I'm only pushing the subs at a volume of 7, and bass volume at 0 and they hit pretty hard.
