    pully, and piggy and spark plugs

    i think the spark plugs might be the cause. so imma go change them now back to stock to see

    your warrenty is prety much voided due to the piggyback? Or can u unstall all that and take it in?

    Not true, and yes i can unistall everything. But i did get hesitant and installed the injen cai like 5mins ago :). Thing is sex!

    But

    Only problem im still having is rpms staying way to high when i stop, so like i said after i finish eatin imma check them out

    Wish you all the luck man. I know how shitty u must feel right now esp cuz of the car being so new its a bitch when something malfunctions.

    OK, i found the problem, show how one of the plugs wasn't in all the way?? don't even tell me how that happend cause i toque them to specs ???

    But i removed all spark plugs and installed the factory ngks.

    I will not ever mess with spark plugs again.

    So i will throw a special offer for who ever wants to try out the plustar plug instaed of me. I will let them go for much cheaper then retail. PM me for offers please. Thanks

    yo that engine light happen to me too. when i was trying to put on my intake...the problem was that there was an air leak...the air leak was after the sensor...i guess when the intake takes in air that didn't go through the sensor it causes the engine light to come on...
    i guess what you can do is to make sure that all is tighten up...

    I kinda had a similar prob.. i turned my car on one day started driving and my car came up and said "periodioc inspenction" and i kinda freaked out.. i called my boy anthony that is a mechanic at mitsu and he said he forgot to reset my service display when he changed my oil.. i dunno if this helps.. but im sure it helps someone..

    what u have to do is turn ur car off.. turn the key 2 clicks foward.. press the info display thing till u get to the picture with the wrench hodl down the info buttom for 5-10 seconds.. till it beeps 2 times.. then press it again.. it will reset your periodioc inspection alert.

    vik2rius - Thanks I think what I might do if this thing returns ill go out and buy a thicker rubber thing that is on the sensor so that it won’t let air in, if it does that is.

    What I did was I called the guy who I got the intake from; he talked to one of the mechanics and told me to try something. He said take the wires + an - off the battery and also take the 2 wire things off from the fuse box. Let it sit for about 30minuits and then reconnect it because if I leave it off for about 30sec which I didn’t even do it resets a little but not the whole system.

    So I did that and went out to wal mart tonight and no light yet. But I feel it might come back cuz usually a drive a little more than just to wal mart but you never know. If this fixed it and I hope to god it did ill be very happy, and if not than ill try that rubber thing.

    BigSteve - Thanks for tryin to help buddy but thats not an issue i have. That didnt scare me at all when it came up its just a normal thing with he car.
