69 was the first year mivech was put into a lancer, and from what read its a direct bolt up, both the trany and motor bolt in with little changes the 64 however you need to use the 64 tranny but you need to put in the 94 gears. the 69 is also more powerful then the 64

That's true. But with the 64 you can bolt the evo 63 head to it. It should technically be possible for the 69 as well since they are all in the same 6 series family. But I've never seen it done b4. I think lancer2quick should buy a evo head and let us know if it works.

There is guy named Boston near where I live that has one of the worlds first AWD 4g63 head swapped 3rd gen Eclipses In the world. He ran 12s his first run spinning on the factory wheels and tires. Here's a few pics...it's pretty nasty.
Coilovers. You can set them as high or low as you want. Anything lower than 2 inches on the lanced with just springs you have to get new shocks. With those in mind new shocks gy2's are about 450 springs are about 200. Might as well get megan or tein coilovers for 100-200 more and get full height adjustment and dampning force.
