painted my spark plug cover also the mivec cover

Here's mine....



I taped everything off really well, but I was in a hurry and peeled the tape too soon and have some blotches, like a little around the top diamond and splatter marks around the top left part and on the bottom "bulges"

I'm seriously debating redoing it a little bit...what would be the best way then? Should I just sand it down a little bit and then just do another coat or two, or just tape off and try to repaint as is in the certain areas....also, what would be best to get the paint splatters off...I used nail polish remover when I first took the tape off and that works okay but now it's dried...any help would be AWESOME!
