    I usually like CF hoods, but for some reason on our cars I don't like it. I think it's the way our grill protrudes like the Audis and the hood does not go all the way to the front end.

    Other than that, I like the reflection from the weave though, niiiiiiice.

    ya the work lights i had on in the garage really brought out the carbon fiber in the pics. looks really good.

    Maybe i should go into photography... or not

    O man you have no idea how badly i wanna do that. It's been snowin here non stop since i put it on

    This morning i couldn't even tell i had carbon hood :cry: damn white shit

    for all those wondering-

    i have never had any problems with my vents and washing my car. just make sure no water gets into your intake.

    yup, everytime you wash it, you have to open the hood and clean the engine bay.

    and what makes it a bad thing.

    It just means you'll actually pay attention to the engine bay, so that it doesn't get neglected and end up dusty and gross.

    more cleaning is never a bad thing

    and always looks beter when some1 asks u to pop ur hod makes u look that u do care for the car jus cuz the outside looks good dont mean the inside does i always clean the engine bay i always have my hood up on thursday nights at nathans (tradition over here to go there and show off get some bets goin by 9 no 1 can get in the parkin lot not even the cops)

    ha ya for sure eh, but most twins aren't completely the same.

    plus 2 sets of pics of the same hood on the same color car, people would get bored.

    mix it up a little

    Hey Jake, did you have as much of a bitch of a time aas i did aligning your hood.

    It took me forever, it's still not perfect but it's to the point where only i can notice it (which is the worst)

    i didn't weigh the stock hood but it was significant. i got my dad to help me take it off, but i put the carbon one on myself.

    actually the old hood is right beside me, let me go weigh it

    EDIT: Stock hood weighs 35 lbs
