My Theory About Aftermarket Intakes

    To prove this theory correct I tested it on a dynl and let's say I'm back to stock it was way to rich with the intake on

    than you did something wrong, maybe you didnt reset the ecu. besides, slapping an intake isnt gonna make your car run rich as hell, its not a major mod at all, its just a tube that allows better air flow to the engine.

    if 11:1 with the intake versus 12.8:1 at full throttle with stock is not rich as hell then i will just throw away every bit of logic that ive learned over the past 14 years i have been involved in modding cars.......................................

    might as well bro unless you have the only car that hates more air to the engine.

    Dude think about what your saying more air is not always better if the car doesn't like it and throws in way to much fuel because without a way to control the air fuel mixture it's not good.
