So for the spoiler are you going with the 500/300 or the 200 series? The 500 has a width of 70 inches, which seems a bit much to me. The overall width of the car is 69". The 200 series is only 59.5". I was actually thinking about going with the APR GT-S type spoiler. I like the flat design more than the curved decks.
keep the rims! looks mad with the red lip, the red lug nuts is a bit much though. darker yellow shade of the headlights is nicer i think. oh is that chrome on the side mirror? same shade of black as the rear wing would look sick.
they GT3 c/f mirrors and ftw on the red lip for sure. Im thinking the 200 not a 100% just as of yet. Im leaning towards the slow side. I will probably use the digital gauge and switches from Dakota Digital as well also hooked up to a remote most likely.
Thought of something else KRU...ok those rims u want have to much red and i think its takes away from the Injen vinyl..A red lip would like fine but not to much red. How about these rims. I'm sure u seen them, but it has the red lip, and black and its dosnt take away from the Injen vinyl. The other ones take superiority over the colors of the Vinyl.
lol i love how much attention KRU gets lolz so i saw a white lance *same as mine* yesterday with MY CF HOOD grrr so i need to find a new one and i was wondering with your ride would you every do your red candy cf for a custom hood??? and if not would it even be possible to teach to somone how to do it or is it like so far advanced that i dont even know what im talkin about....i think it would look SICKK
KRU has a How To on cf...I would assume that its the same concept. You have to have some disposable income to start a cf project. it may look easy in the pics and some tutorial vids, but i know its much harder. That's why I had to postpone my cf dreams. need to redirect that money elsewhere.
yea well my income just doubled but lol so did rent and insurance and gas is 1.34 a l GOD...but next year my income will double again so im kinda lookin forward to tossing about 10 large into this and then in 2010 i wana buy the nissan gtr and mod that up and have this as my show style everyday driver but yea i would LOVE to see an entire candy coated cf hood...
KRU didn't do his candy paint on his CF, he had someone do it for him... he only did the CF himself...
GTR? nice...i've been looking at getting the Acura NSX in about a year, when i grad and get a real job...lol...cheapest one I found is at 30g's...that's for a 1995...oh well, we shall see... If you have the time to do CF then that'll work. If i'm not mistaken, there is a lot of waiting for the resin and other stuff to dry. Oh and don't ever mention you wanna go to someone and are worried about the installer ripping you off...Kru doesn't like that kinda talk...LOL cf is expensive
lol yea no i definitly understand that installers dont make that much on cf just cuz of the time commitment... i thought he did the red tint??? hmm im just to inexperienced for it but id LOVE to see it done lol
Actually for time restraints on this I had to source it out to a friend. Any ways here are some up dates. Big props to the guys at APR. Ty and keep up the good work. I will be working on the GT c/f mirrors this weekend. Good or bad, I welcome all feed back.
ok heres a stupid questiion and i apologize but i dont have time to look it up, what kind of suspension do you have
Sprint sprints for an 02 an up EVO. I dont recommend cuz they are not vehicle specific. I have had no probs what so ever, but that is my good fortune and I would hate to say " Yeah getm they will work perfect" and then u wreck due to the springs. I would hate myself for that.
how much lower did they take the car? The reason im asking is because i need a new rear bumper and i like yours a lot. I have a GTS with the stock body kit. I want to make sure that the new bumper wont sit too low and look funny
