    wish i could join you there, but my case is the opposite...my "other" car gets jealous when I spend more time with my lancer...complains that I open up my lancers hood more than the other one... :D

    In other news, I'm not sure what color I want to paint my engine cover.

    Everyone seems to paint theirs red and I think red is an ugly color in general LOL (No offense peoples).

    I want something sparkly... cuz I'm a girl.

    I think I want to do baby blue (since I'm getting the blue wire loomz)

    But... what if I paint it baby blue then use Dupli Color Ice paint over top so it sparkles and color-shifts a little bit?

    My friend suggested I spray the engine parts chrome then buy this stuff that makes the chrome turn blue at different angles ? I can't really picture what he means.


    I've never spray painted before, but I'm assuming as long as I make sure the MIVEC letters and such are taped up REALLY good then it's kinda error proof.

    as long as the first coat is completely dry the ice will adhere to it nicely.
