    sounds good . yea a club is better sounds good wish i could help new to town so dont have much hookups haha but yea ill keep my eye out there .

    Hey no big deal. That's what we're here for. I will have to admit that this site has some of the most laid back people. I would agree with the club thing. Seems much more interesting.

    Yes I do think we need a CLUB more than a TEAM. Cuz a CLUB of cars is just for show. While a TEAM is for racing. Since we live in the city not much racing can go on or at least LEGAL racing :D.


    I agree with this completely man. We aren't the fast and the furious.lol. All in all I can't wait to cruise with ya'll. Probably the next time I should have my exhaust , CAI, rims, and tires put on. I might even have enough for the CF hood. I do have my HIDS, Shark fin, and angel eyes on order and should be here soon. Needless to say im still getting there.

    Im glad everyone understood the club - team thing. I was hoping I wouldnt have to debate lol. Well I will see you guys later.

    Hey dive_junkie I should be recieving my Angel Eyes soon, PM me when your ready to install yours, maybe we can either do them together or I can help you do yours.

    Yeah that sounds cool. I probably won't get them until next week but the good thing is I will be working days. What side of town do you live on?

    I also have a couple of ideas for a decal. Once i get them drawn up I will post them and see if anyone is interested in them. What I can tell everyone is that i'm thinking of something along the lines of having it look like this- H.A.(INSERT DRAWING)L.O. How does that sound?

    i dunno... its a good idea but i dunno if people would see that and know what we were all about.. i was thinkin having HALO on top and underneath it having the actual words houston area lancer owners.. and maybe like a mitsu grill or car in the background behind all of it...

    o and ya the club thing is a much better idea than a team... our cars arent even fast lol

    Well I guess everyone with an idea can draw something up and we can vote on it. We can start a new thread just for that when the time is right, (possibly tomorrow lol). Maybe give two weeks or something for people to come up with a design, thing is its usually better to see the decal personally. That way we can get a general idea on the size (which we can talk about tonight) and it would be cool if everyone would place it in the same location. So if we talk about it tonight, start a discussion thread for them tomorrow, and possibly print out prototypes or "test" decals for everyone to see them up close on a vehicle for our next meet and then take a vote on it.

    LOL, A bit past the Cypress area down 290.

    Ok so we are looking for something that actually is going to spell out HALO? Also I'm thinking of front windshield placement. What about everyone else? I know we can set decals anywhere but where is the main location?

    front windshield is pretty legit... but theres also rear window... i would try to stay away from the whole side of the car thing.. i dont like that....but im thinkin more window placemant then anywhere else on the car...

    LOL, Im not sure if I wanted to broadcast that loudly lol. But Im a team player, so if the vote goes towards having a full front or rear banner, I have no problem with that lol. Actually think that wouldnt look too bad to have it there. Im not much for on the paint of my car either, but I was thinking more alongst a side window.

    What color is your car? I've got Rally Red Metalllic. I just had the windows tinted and have a visor in the front windshield so it would stand out there for me.

    really? yall like the side windows? i would much rather go with front or rear but hey its a democracy and we all have to be the same so ill go with whatever gets passed lol.. i dont care where i just like the idea! lol

    ya i got all tint work done too so anywhere for me would stand out... but we can all agree that the color of the lettering would be white right??? :)

    We have to keep in mind about the price as well, Im pretty sure a front or rear banner is gonna cost more than what a pair of side window ones would. We can do them white if thats what everyone else wants. I wouldnt mind them black but they wont stand out as much then.

    So much for starting a new thread lol. I was thinking for color maybe preference of owner since we have different color cars. I like the front windshield placement or rear. I have to run though guys going to work now. Off at 2. See ya'll then.

    ya black wouldnt be bad but since it seems like most of us have tint (and if u dont u should cuz houston sun sucks) then u prob wouldnt see it at all....
