    Hey I was gonna bring up at the meet, if we could get some kind of business card, or flyer going for HALO and lancertuners.com we could find more members that way. If the people are interested they can check it out, if they are not then we can always find someone else. I think we might get several people that way.

    Hey whats up guys. I thought my other post made it but I guess not. Im interested in jumping on with you guys. Question though, what do you guys normally do when you meet up? Im not really into the whole Rankin RD. thing or stirring up trouble. Bottom line is im 32 married and looking for other lancer owners to roll with. Pick up some ideas and tips. Im not upgraded as much as yall but thank god for tax returns. Looking forward to running with you guys.

    Hey dive_junkie, dont worry Im not trying to get in trouble either lol. So far we have pretty much just met up and talked about our cars a little, shared some ideas... I have some cruises in the works for the summertime and if rules are set those should go down without any mishap. And if the Mitsubishi shootout (BIG MEET) happens again in Texas we are talking about a decent cruise and meeting lots of people. The people Ive met so far are pretty laid back and seemed cool so far and the age group varies as well so you dont even have to worry about that. I havent said anything, but I can help anyone with most mods install too.

    Yeah we need to discuss the team part. Im already part of a team and several of the guys on it are gonna ride with me to the meet. I was leaning more towards a club thing where the only requirement to get in is to own a Lancer (any trim level including Evo). In the team Im part of we have several different kinds of cars (Mitsubishi, Honda, Nissan, Toyota, even a tuner Chrysler with a Mitsubishi engine). Keeps us diverse, and allows us to enter into different kinds of competitions when the time is right.

    Sounds good man you can count me in. Unfortunately i'm not going to be able to make it to this meeting cus i'm working the graveyard shift this week. I work shift work so this week i'm on nights and next week i'll be on days. I only work Monday - Thursday and i'm in the army reserve( :( ) so I work on the weekend mostly every first weekend of the month. Sounds like a bunch but when ever you have the next meet I should make it. Again hope to run with you guys soon and pick up some ideas.

    All good my friend. Im in the same boat with you when it comes to Graveyard shifts! Im almost 20 married and I work from 9pm to 5am Friday through Wed. So there wont be too much mischief :twisted: lol dont worry were not a troubled group!

    Were HALO, Houston Area Lancer Owners FTW!

    Yes I do think we need a CLUB more than a TEAM. Cuz a CLUB of cars is just for show. While a TEAM is for racing. Since we live in the city not much racing can go on or at least LEGAL racing :D.

    Tyson is making a design (i think he is still? Tyson?) once he gets a design going I know a guy who can make us 2 Decals each for a cheap price plus shipping! probably around $8-10 for a decal! But first we need a Design!

    i have a buddy that does 'legal' graffitti and hes even drawn up some sketches for tattoo's for people in houston so ima ask him to see if he cant draw me up anything...

    $8-10 per decal? Or for the set of two? If it is per decal I can probably get them done cheaper. One of the guys in the team Im part of used to work for a graphic shop and he can still get the hook-up. He might be coming with me tonight, don't know yet.

    O yeah I hope its not as cold tonight, becuase last night we (GRR-Get Real Racing) had a meet and it was freaking cold. At least we had the meet at Jack in the Box.
