sand with a fine wet/dry paper about 800grit. use water with a very small amount dish soap in it. This will keep the paper from getting clogged up.

grill

use flat paint,first you need someting call ''bulldog'' that is and adherent so the pain won't peel off the plastic,good luck.

 

i like the grill all black, and the way it looks in the pic def gives it a skyline kind of look, and im a huge skyline fan so id def have to say it looks sexy, good work man, im leaving mine alone though and just waiting for an aftermarket one i can just bolt in...somethin diff.

 

the painted center peice of the grill looks good imo.
