-It is illegal for a person to ride on the handlebars of a bike.
-It is illegal to use profanity on Atlantic Avenue or the boardwalk.

^^^ those are some weird laws lol. Being from a different country where most of that stuff is legal shouldn't matter, right?

keep in mind that i believe if u get a ticket out of state or out of ure hometown u can take the ticket to court and have the hearing held in ure place of residence, so say u get a ticket in VA and u live in FL, u can be like, i want the hearing to occur in FL, what cop is insane enough to make that drive for a small ass ticket

Well they especially won't make the trip all the way to Canada I'm sure LOL

Everything that is done to my car (dark tints, underglow) is legal here

from I-64 to I-264

The exit off I-264

It's an old AMC movie theater parking lot more than enough room!

The address for the mall is
Lynnhaven Mall, 701 Lynnhaven Parkway
Virginia Beach, Virginia 23452
the parking lot is right off the street that circles the mall

That looks like a nice big lot for me! Anything that's easy to get to is fine by me...

I get lost really easily and I dont know if I'll be travelling with people or not.

flow, lets say that is illegal, which idk if it is, i dont feel like checkin that long list, simply explain to the cop that you are from out of state where the laws are different, your license should be proof enough, and if all else fails, go with what i said b4

This certainly isn't true for all statees. I got a ticket in Michigan while visiting relative and I had no choice of moving the court hearing to PA. If I was going to plead not guilty I would have had to make the drive. I'm not sure about Virginia tho.
