well i think its goofy looking that you have an evo body kit with no turbo

alot of people down here make fun of that

like people who put fairlady on there 350z

just dont put an x or evo anywhere near your car

 

^ ya but u g2 consider alot of people do that with there cars rite, i mean starting from even the 02 lancers with the evo vii body kits, and the 04 lancers with the evo viii body kits, but not just mitsu i mean how many integras do u c with type r rear spoiler and type r front lip, with type r stickers which looks like an itr, also g35s with skyline on the back, and tsx with accord euro r on the back, loads of 2.5rs impreza with sti stickers on there back, rsx's with type r spoilers and type r front lips with type r stickers and the list goes on

JDM parts are parts like anything else to a car, but if you add the acctual parts to the car do the swap then you can have the emblem

i have a GTS i can't afford an evo[like most people]. but that GTS will be with me for years

to make a RHD car is very hard work and would be more appricative then a lame body kit.

no seriously, even if u did alot 2 make it an evo, ud waste alot of money into doing it, i mean 4wd conversions and such, its a alot of money which in the end might cost more 2 actually buy an evo instead of making one, and plus im not 2 sure about the is but im sure the chassis code is different, its like how integra type r's and gsr's r refered to as dc2's and se's or ls's r called dc4's , even though the body looks the same there not, and how skylines gts r refered to as R32's but a gtr is BNR32 same concept, of how u can fit gtr things on and make it look like a gtr but in the end its still not a gtr

im sure it goes for the x, u can make it look like an x and even swap for a 4b11t but in the end its still not an x, bcause i think the chassis will b different in the end

which makes me think, how much hp do u think ull b pushing if u just turboed ur car now

on another note, that body kit looks pretty nice imo, and it does look different then the x

speaking of that, i know im going a bit off topic here, but i saw a toyota matrix with bmw emblems, and i saw a s2000 with ralliart seats XD made my day

They probably just wanna maximize profits on a full set before they sell individual peices.

 

i really dont think that, 2 many people will actually buy the kit, kits quite a bit xpensive

also i think its prob just fiberglass with cf wrapped around it, so i dono if it would b all worth it, if it is like that

 

^ alot of cf kits are made of fiberglass with a cf overlay.

As for bodykits, to each is own. As long as it is done right, I dont see what the big deal is. Its the owner/driver that likes it and prefers what he/she likes. I am not a big fan of extreme bodykits but I do appreciate the effort and time it goes into making it. There are a few subtle kits I would consider. The "X" kit is pretty nice looking so as long as you like, that is all that matters.
