ok, so I ordered more stuff today, can't wait to get it all and as usual, I'm leaving you all hanging until it's in my hands and in/on the car. yes, i specified in/on to make it very mysterious, lol

So for everyone who follows LT on facebook, most of you know that my driver side window motor burned out the other day...

Took her to the dealership and they JUST got the motor in. They said they can have it installed and working again Monday morning

 

And now, 3 of my windows don't work, the power locks are all screwed up and I know it was from the new speakers. Best buy had better fix this. Or else

dude, i was so angry that i almost ran this person off the road for brake checking me.

This all started happening right after I got these speakers installed, so that is my process of elimination. :rant:

 

Really wish my parents would hurry the hell up and send me all my mail!

This is the only down-side to setting your default address to your parents house...

 

I would, if there was a UPS or FEDEX near where they lived...

Finally got an address for my parents to just USPS all my stuff to me, should be here within the week!

Ok, so after I returned to best buy for my appointment, the guy completely forgot who I was, didn't want to deal with my issue and told me to call the dealership while I was standing right there...The dealership already knew about the driver window not working, but not the power locks and the back 2 windows not working. He told me to tell them it was their need to fix it and the guy at the service department, who I have spoken with and gotten to know a little bit, told me to tell the best buy guy to fix it or he's going to get some higher authority figures involved. i was like "sweet" the best buy guy got all butt hurt and told me to come back in 2 hours. I got a phone call about 30 minutes later and the guy told me he was done.

What was the problem you might ask?

They didn't attach all the wires all the way, so they fell off and just needed re-connected...

Also got this today to take care of the key scratch on the door and a couple of rock chips on the hood:

Rolled into the dealership lookin' like a mother f***in' badass, like usual, and just said, paint pen - orange. Make it fall from the sky. and they did. lol

 

lol. I had huge problems with the one in WA. This one here in p-cola is nice dude. I walk in and they are super friendly, talk to me like I expect/want and then if i have any questions, they not only answer it, but if they have better recommendations they politely add them at the end of the conversation. it's awesome. If i lived in selma, I would probably sacrifice the time waste and mileage/gas just to deal with these guys.

Also spoke to them today about an evo they had and they told me flat out what they wanted, what they'd give me and what to expect, etc.

Really nice experience down here, so if i can get the numbers moved around, you may be looking at an evo owner

 

^Yeah, i had someone do the same thing to mine within the first week of me buying her, but it was about an 8 inch long line down the side by the gas tank...

Thanks, I'm still not 100% about it yet, as I plan to enjoy not putting over 50% of my paychecks into the car...lol
