    so far yes. its only for m/t
    they dont really want to mess with the Trans cooler on the Auto.
    but they said maybe in the future..

    You know they may keep it platic... if it is alluminum then I would worry about arcing from the battery. In either case I would also worry about rubbing issues from the battery too...

    i guess that makes sense... u dont think there would be any melting of the plastic if the engine got hot enough??

    IMO i think that the black plastic gives it more of a stock feel. With exception of that HUGE AEM badge on the front hahah.

    Now in terms of the plastic, AEM has a bunch of intakes that are made of plastic, not so much imports but for like trucks and whatnot. So either way i think we just need to wait on those dyno sheets to see whats up. :lol:

    Yea its the Same Plastic the stock one is made out of. So u dont have to worry about anything melting.. and the bottom piece is Aluminum.

    at last some pictures of AEM. I have been also offered AEM from local distributor, so I was wondering which is better AEM or Injen, I guess you answered the question. Only I am worried about blocking the battery, so it means if i want to change it i have to remove everything....
