Conical Seat on flat bottom hole ok ?

I've lost my OEM bolts for my GTS rims so I've used a conical seats bolts for it instead. Can I use conical seats bolts on a flat bottomed lug...

Now why can't we get these tails.

Have you guys noticed that the left back up light was different color compare to the right one @00:24 on the video clip?? :roll:
