WORKs springs are installed!

    You read correctly. The great guys at API installed my springs tonight (and a big thank you to Kink for getting me in there to have it done...he is such a sweet talker! :wink: )

    I've only drove on them for about an hour, but I can say that I have been able to take most sharp turns ~7 MPH faster with less body roll. The springs are much more stiff than stock and you can feel the road more now.

    Sunday I will be rallycrossing with them, so I will have a better review then. Also, pics of the install will be provided by Kink once he gets on this thread. :D

    i'm jealous, hehehhe, i wanted those springs for my car too, but just doesn't seem to be enough room for a 1 inch drop with 19 inch rims, maybe i'm wrong though, can't w8 2 c the pix..

    Bras actually remembered to ask them about that and they said you possibly could do it. If anything you could roll the front fenders or trim them a bit if you really want the 19"s and a drop

    They also said the clearance on the rears would be ok. The fronts are a little suspect, you will have tire rub when doing turns

    Dont know if this has been asked in another thread or not buts whats the differences between the Works springs and the RRM springs. Noticed they 120 dollar difference. I know the RRM springs are 1.5inch in the front and 1 inch in the rear. And works are 1.1 all the way around. There some big advantage with a bigger drop in the front over equal all the way around? And both springs should be ok with the stock gts rims correct?

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong here works is more for preformance and rrm is more for the drop
