This is for all members who are concerned about "VOIDING" the warranty due to aftermarket parts. This includes: INTAKES, EXHAUST SYSTEMS, LOWERING SPRINGS, COILOVERS, REAR/FRONT STRUT BARS, AUDIO, LIGHTING SYSTEMS, BODYKITS, CF HOODS and everything else you can put on a car. READ this pertaining to warranties:

The bottomline: If YOU think the part you are going to install will void your warranty, dont do it. If YOU still want to install, save the oem part and place it on your car before you take it into the dealership.

Bro I have been working in this industry for 21 years and have been following this for years on end. It is up to the consumer to let their voice be heard and not cower at the voice of Corperate America i.e: Auto Manufactures and Dealers.
Come on people the tools are there for the taking so stop whining about this. You complain if nothing is said or done in our favor, but once presented as a working tool to work in our favor you still find excuses.
    Give me a break!

This is just something, I posted so members on this site will know what can be done. Its just up to the individual to do what he/she thinks is right. And to avoid all the "will this void my warranty" questions. True wikipedia is not the most reliable source but it is out there for people to know what this act is all about.
