i jus instaled the jdm n1 xhaust i got off ebay and was wondering if i removed the silencer from the muffler if tat wood turn into a lose of torque...im jus wondering because i kno with my fourwheeler if u remove the silencer it makes alottt louder but results in a loose of torque because it messes up the back pressure...was wondering if the same concept applied for cars..thank you

I wouldn't think so....but if it did, the change wouldn't be noticeable. All you can do is go for it...not a lot of effort putting it back on.

Eh, not really. I used to keep the silencer in, but when I took it out, I really didn't notice a difference other than the loudness. Is it the same one I have? 4.5" tip?
