RRM Front Splitters. UPDATED! WITH PICS 12/06/08

    Front splitters just came in from RRM.. Problem is they didn't come with instructions... Any idea on installing it?

    i really wish those chrome hangers or whatever were black. would look so much nicer. merrill, paint those or something bro.

    thanks for that how to. we are working on instructions for the splitter but it is very easy to install and it comes with all the holes predrilled.

    Pros: Looks sicccccck :)
    Cons: RRM "Precut Holes" were not even precised.. Needed to drill holes and there was no holes where the front rods were suppose to be... Had to drill that too... The zip lock bag that came with the lugs and washer had a hole in it and is missing some...

    Was it worth $255(With shipping)? HELL NO.
    Was it worth the time to put in installing? HELL YES (Looks fking sick!)

    Looks Tight! You don't think it's worth $255? Why not?

    P.S. stop scratching the sh!t out of your bumper, or get it fixed!!! LOL

    man that is just SICK! :D 8O i never thought i would want to put a splitter on my car but now i want it soooo bad!.. but good call on urs tho.. 255 with shipping i think is a reasonable price.. i thought it was gonna be somewhere around 200 but now that i look at urs i think its def worth it.. u think it would look good on the aqua metallic tho?? (please say yes...lol)

    no they didnt 299.99 is carbon fiber one, fiberglass is still the same price

    +1 to Hydrolykz.... White isnt a good color to be hitting walls with...

    Lip looks nice tho, sux about the instructions. At least you get the do it yourself award.

    Yeah, but no I didn't hit a wall... I scraped it against an 08 IS250... So I'm getting it fixed soon

    Call me dumb, but what is the purpose of a splitter?

    On a side note, I kind of wish it was made out of urethane so it would protect the front factory kit from scrapes. With the roads in New Orleans these days, I've had my fair share of scraping and since the car is white, it shows a lot more under.
