Okay, so a little more than a year ago (around january) I bought rrms catback exhaust. Of course it said stainless on the item description so assumed stainless steel aka rust resistant. So I live in chesapeake, va and anyone who lives here knows how sporiadic the weather is. With even that exception, a catback should not rust like this. Pics in next post. So im reaching out to you guys once again to find and exhaust that would not turn out like this. As you all know I will be turbo soon so this exhaust would have went anyway. Im looking for a catback that is 2.5" or more in piping diameter and has the removable silencer. And of course rust resistant. Sent from my DROID2 using Tapatalk
Sucks bro I know personally I'm just gonna eBay it when I get a new one its a piece of metal. I'd rather save the money if it does rust like this
Damn. That's really bad. I've got an eBay exhaust, I've had it for 2 1/2 years and still no rust. I remember there was one pinhole on one of the welds I think, but it was so tiny I barely even noticed it. Now that my muffler's black, I really don't have to worry about it anymore, but I'd recommend it. Only thing I don't like is the tip. It's just a little too large for my liking now, but I always have the silencer in now, so it's not that big of a deal.
