Hi all, I am looking at a 2002 Lancer http://southbend.craigslist.org/cto/1421906121.html That's the car in question. the guy says its a rebuilt title, which I am not worried about so long as it runs and drives normally. Is it worth $3,000? In my experience, cars with rebuilt titles are usually only worth half of what their KBB good value is, putting this actually less than $2,000. Any tips or things to look for on these cars? How reliable are they longevity wise? I would have no plans for it at all except maybe a drop in K&N filter and some rims/tires. I want a nice, solid, daily driver to keep my 76 Celica off the road.
