N00b question about aftermarket fitment

I traded my 2002 Acura RSX-Type S toward my 2009 Lancer GTS. I have a set of aftermarket wheels from my RSX i would really like to throw on the Mitsu. Aftermarket Specs below:

Make: Mille Miglia
Model: HT3
Bolt Pattern: 5-114
Size and offset: 18x8 ET45.

I've done some research and I'm pretty sure these will fit on my lancer but throw off the speedomenter a bit (no big deal). My questions are as follows:

Will these def fit on my 09 Lancer GTS?
Would I be able to put my stock Dunlops on these aftermarket wheels? (I know they suck but I don't have cash for new tires as of now)
I don't have the hub centric rings anymore for the Mille's, would I need to get a new set? Are they necessary?
