    I did see some early generation Lancers at MOD 07:

    as for accuracy, who knows. I know from 93-present of the Lancer/Mirage mentioned.

    Okay I need some help from the experts here....

    The North American Lancer that we all know as the Lancer was in 2002?

    Before 2002 the Lancer was really called the Mirage or was the Mirage discontinued and then the Lancer brought in?

    The current Lancer is the 9th Generation.

    Technically the Lancer and Mirage were different models.

    Okay so from 2002 to 2006 there was only one generation in the US? And was that the 8th Generation or the 7th? I am confused in where exactly went the 8th Generations Lancer? In wiki it went from the 7th to the 9th with no mention of the 8th...

    /\ early 02-1997 which in the US is the mirage, lancer everywhere else in the world

    Correct. Though the Lancer supposedly had a longer wheelbase than the mirage.

    the dealer told me that Mitsu did not make a 2007 lancer since the 08 model came out early 07

    so is the X on the evo just for the evo's as in 10th gen evo, not lancer and lancer is on 9th gen????? im so confused!!!
