On Thursday morning, I work up to find some douche had broken into my car and stole my radio and ice hockey skates. Total damage to be fixed/replaced comes out to about to around $800 to $1000 between replacing the shatter window and getting a new radio and skates. Pictures below. *sniff...sigh* Bill
Tissues! ...that blows =/ Ahh new skates.. i play hockey and i know how irritating it is to have to braek in a new pair even with baking :?
Only good side is that I can go from the 4K mid level series Reebok Pump skates to the newer, lighter, high end 9K series. Bill
Those are nice, light as well I just stick with my Easton synergy 700's[/quotey9dfysy] Wrd. Anywho, only problem with a make shift hockey game is the fact yall live in CALI and I'm in Texas. Both places to hot to skate, but we manage lol. Bill
Sucks and yeah ice hockey skates are cheap! Since I've played 5 yrs. All my sticks are Easten including my gloves.
I got my new skates today, but I forgot that you have to wear them in the first couple of times you skate on them. My feet heart like hell... Bill
No, but I am getting a new pair other than RBK because some idiot drilled wholes in the bottom of mine, almost like they were a displayed in a Pro Shop. How do you like your Easton Synergys? Do you consider yourself advanced or intermediate in skating level and about how much you weigh? Trying to switch to either Bauer, CCM (Technically still a RBK), or Easton. Maybe a Mission or a GRAF, not sure yet... Bill Bill
Have you thought about using plastic bags for your windows. Is one of those free mods! Sorry about your car
