After you plug in the cable, what do you press on the stero to make it read the ipod?

hold the tab that says CD/Aux. I dont' have my car in front of me but it's near the bottom of the radio. ( i think)

It goes into Aux mode after holding the button down for a certain amount of time. Aux = Ipod connection

Just a quick question, but when the iPod (or whatever MP3 player you have) is on. (I'm talking about a 2G mini though), do you hear something when it's on but not playing anything? Kinda sounds like a click noise?

that depends on what do you to want to show up the movie or the menu...if you want the movie to show up get the svideo cable specifically for ipod, connect it to the lancers aux, go to your ipod video setup turn on the tv mode...and about the menu screen, that i dont know...

dont have the navi on my gts, but i watch all my ipod's video on my tv...
    hope this rings a bell...
