Curious as to what to do. I want to add a SRI system. I've always been a fan of K&N, but RRM is the only one I've seen with SRI out for the 08. Should I wait or is the RRM just as good? Never used RRM before so I have no idea.
GRRR! Another person curious about RRM. I had a horrible experience with RRM and would never recommend them in any way. Injen Technologies will be releasing thier intake and exhaust with in the next 60 days. I would wait. Injen is C.A.R.B. certified and smog legal. They might cost a little more but you get a lot more. RRM makes a pulley and piggyback that i really wanted but since my experience, I will go with out and lock at another manufacture.
AEM and K&N are also producing them. I would wait. As for RRM, to each is own with that company. With my eclipse, no complaints but with the 08....
rrm rrm seems to have their shit together IMO. Only thing stopping me from buying from them is how far away and their ridiculouse prices. However, im sure they will nosedive once other start competing.
Re: rrm My gripe is not with the performance of thier stuff but with the people that run the place. This is just my opinion but major @$$holes!
we shouldnt be aginst a company that is supporting the 08 lancer buuuuuuuut just everything ive seen there is overpriced... just wait for someone else i made my own for less the 80 and i have no comlaints
Buy it i have a sri from rrm and i love it, nice performance boost and great deep sound too, but i agree with everybody else about them being over priced. I was gonna let them use my car to test out the piggy back on my cvt, but they would not even give it to me for a good price those bastards, so you can buy the intake, im happy with it for now, or until better products appear. for my lonely lancer. oh JUST BUY IT!!! ( just the SRI)
