ok heres a plan legalized weed and sell it at tobacco stores and you have to buy it with a valid ID and must be over 18 (or 21). Then grow that shit in America and tax that shit like we tax tobacco products. That right there will bring in revenue, reduce petty crime, stimulate another business area and create more jobs.
