i have been obsessing about this question for a couple of weeks now so hopefully somebody here can help me, i actually posted this question a couple of weeks ago but never got an answer, i got 19s on my GTS and m looking to get the lowering spring from WORKS coz the 1.5 drop in the back from the RRM springs just seemed a little too much, plus cutting the bump stops didn't really sit well with me, in theory, if I had 19s and dropped it using the WORKS springs (with a 1 inch drop all around), would I have any clearance problems, pr will my tires start hitting? i've asked a couple of friends and some said yes i'll have clearance issues, some said no..
tomorrow night, We are going to put the works springs on subawho's gts, so we shall see any issues with the 19s. Somewhere in this forum, lancergts put 20s on his gts and posted pics...check those out.
Just so you know I will have the springs on with stock wheels so I cant help you with the 19" part. But I agree with you about cutting bump stops, I shouldnt have to mess with other parts of my car for a plug and play mod :?
aawww, i got my hopes up coz i thought finally i could lower my car, coz even with the 19s there's still a pretty significant gap on the front and back, thanx for the reply though, i already sent message to the WORKS website, just waiting for a reply
