A lot of that info is for the JDM models.

I received a call from Mitsu Corporate North America about the letter I sent them a while back asking a crap load of questions concerning the X and the Ralliart.

The following links are the provided information and preliminary technical specs about the US model Evo X:

Our Models will be the base GSR and the more high end MR.

As for the Ralliart, the lady, Melinda, that I spoke with from Mitsu Corporate North America told me that while they can not currently confirm there will be a Ralliart edition/trim because final fiscal year sales have not been documented, she assured me that they record sales over the last 2 quarters are a very good sign. She stated to look for info about the Ralliart to be released around January 2009 about the same time the Evo X arrives in U.S. showrooms.

Furthermore, as of the 2009 model for the base lancer, all lancer trims will be switching up to the 2.4L I4 engine. This is not the world engine, but one of Mitsu's own design, testing, and creation. I hope those who got the 08' can switch up to the bigger engine 8O otherwise that would suck...

Kinda makes me glad that I decided to wait :) .

Oh, btw, the price for the base GSR will be about $31,000 MSRP with destination charge and the MR will be about $35,000 MSRP because the extra goodies both interior and exterior.
