Whats goin on everyone? Okay well my first set of brakes are finally gone and I am not going to Mitsubishi for these stock brakes ever agian. They are pretty bad. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any insight on what brakes to get that are good and reliable. I am looking for good brakes that reduce debris and that are prefably ceramic. ANY IDEAS.. Thanks... --Rob
first of all I would like to say welcome to the forum. Second of all you posted this thread in the wrong section. It should go in the suspension and brake section. Third you can get awesome brake pads from our supporting vendor. Their link is www.roadracemotorsport.com . As for your rear pads they should not be replaced untill 50 k miles
Mitsubishi OE pads are ceramic and are formulated for your car. BUT, you don't have to go with them. I typically suggest Akebono as my first choice, they are generally the best for your qualifications.
A friend of mine used Porterfield Performance pads on his gts. After I tried it out on his car, I bought a pair and have been digging them from jump street.
