Has anyone tried to add another 10" sub to the stock setup? If so is the wiring easy to do? I was thinking about adding a stock sub/enclosure to the right of the trunk to keep it clean looking and adding a little more bass.
if you just want to install an amp and sub, that's just a basic install. You can go to an install shop and they could do it for you. depending on the amp, they may also come with a bass knob. there are quite a few ppl here who have added subs and then some. if you've done installs before it isn't THAT difficult, but if your a noob to installs i recommend a professional to do it. If you know someone who knows what they are doing, have them do it and watch
hey thanks for the info. so just to make sure, you can add an xtra sub/amp to the stock head unit no problem? thanks
yep...that's what I did and other members here. Check out crutchfield.com for examples of wiring and things like that. they have a help section for "Do It Yourselfers"...if I'm not mistaken
