thinking about buying a GTS Lancer and do not want to wait for the raliart. 3 things holding my back:lack of HP, no leather, and NO HID Lights. Doesnt any one know any god performance kits and HID Kits for sale.
1: There will eventually by turbo kits for this car, but if ur lookin for hp...u should just wait for the ralliart. the money you'll spend on a turbo including internals and stuff will cost more then jsut buying the ralliart straight up 2. there is leather for this car 3. DRL's have been a huge problem with the new 08's There are some options to think of.....one being switching the fog lights wires with the headlights. 2. disabling them at ur local mitsubuishi cause they would have to turn it off right fromthe ECU. my local dealer didn't even knoe how to use the program. or 3....u can just put HID's on but u would have to keep them on at all times. if u turn them off...the drl will kick in and make ur HId's flicker. personally.... I think I might upgrade to an older evo and trade this one in. It has a buinch of bells and whistles...but I need some speed
still liken it ive had my lancer for over 3 months and i love it still, but goin with an older evo is a no brainer, but back to the subject i would wait for a ralliart edition if you have already waited this long.
patience is a virtue. When buying a car...ur gonna have this car for a while and its a lot of money...why not wait for something you will truley enjoy
You could just buy the JDM model and have it shipped over. That one has the option or leather, HID, and the like and will get the Ralliart (or whatever they will call it in Japan) by Christmas. I am seriously considering that if I can find a reliable importer and the US Govt doesn't B*tch and moan to much. I like driving on the right side :twisted: . Bill
Its usually custom and can be offered through the dealer but its cheaper if you find someone, like KRU
