Rumor has it that there are only going to be 2000 sold in the US.

I didn't get to test drive the sales guy was a little bit of a pain in the a$$. He said the only way that he would let me test drive it would be to put a $10K deposit on it.

$43K??? That is ridiculous. The car is sweet and all but c'mon. You could probably get the Ralliart and do the mods yourself for less than that. That is way too much

The sales guy said that you can't do anything to it upgrade wise. I also mentioned the RalliArt and he said that they should at the dealership in a couple of months.

Look at the price after the "adjusted market value" and it's $48,501!!!

Haha... 48K. Slick which dealer did you go to? I went to Younker Mitsubishi in Renton and the price was around 45 or 46K. I asked for a test drive and they said that they don't let anyone test drive the Evos.

I think the EVO X has 291 HP regardless of trim. The GSR only comes in manual and doesn't have the extra features that the MR has... (HID Headlights, Leather, Twin Clutch tranny, navigation, etc...)

Soviet, thats not correct. The GSR does have the HID's, Navi, and other options. The MR is not much more in options and the other thing.....the MR is only being made in automatic. So 40sum K for a automatic high performance sports car......no thanks.

I did not go yet but this next week I will go and see if they have them and I don't think that my dealership will let me test drive them unless I put a payment down first.

I got a call from my Sales Man at Lehman Mitsu (Rafael, the one who sold me my wife's 08 Lancer) right after the MR got in; They currently have two in stock, white and phantom black, and the nicest thing of it all, I get to test it, no questions asked!! W00t! lol, I cant wait, I've been waiting for the MR, my sales man told me this car is the "Shiat!", in his own words:

"The GSR is not even compared to the MR... You feel like you're driving a Ferrari F1 car"

:( I wish I could afford it for January next year, but if I can't I'm getting the Ralliart n my wife keeps our ES (January 2009, that's when Ralph told me they were getting it down here in Miami, Kendall area) 237 HP is just enough to have lots of fun on the streets :)

Hopefully I can get back with something good this weekend... that's when ima go test drive the MR. 8)

You really should do some research. The MR is not an Automatic. It has a Dual Clutch transmission, where the clutch is electronically controlled.
