1998 lancer, please help me out!

    Hey everyone i just needed some help with my car, its a 1998 4 door lancer (GLXi) and i want to make it respectable, it is a 100% stock manual. I'm in victoria AUSTARLIA, and can't do too much to it because i'm a RED P-plate driver so restrictions are on me. For the time i was thinking just alot of little stuff to make it run a little better, i am also considering a new exhaust system to make, well better i guess, plus i like loud cars

    Any feedback is helpful guys i really need to learn alot about cars.

    yea exhaust is a good start .. and also running a better plug and wires and air intake
