This stuff is fairly easy to take off. I just took it off my rims. Used a pressure washer on 0 (narrow spray) and came off easy. About 20 min per wheel

Hello all, I got a quick question. How do you guys fix up the 2 holes left by the dealers on the nose that holds the license plate? Do you guys just spray over the 2 holes?

You can either buy plugs to cover the holes (I just bought an assorment box and found 2 that fit) or you can put some kind of putty in there and paint over that. The plugs aren't really that noticable if you wanna go the cheaper, easier method.

+1 for blacking out the front with the plasti dip. Cool stuff! It looks great. I'll try and get some photos.

hey anybody tried the glossy plastic-dip? i saw one the other day at home depot. should look good since this one seems a little dull.

Well for the front of the car I'd stay with matte. If you're going for the Evo look the middle is plastic and the matte looks more plastic. Gloss might look good but then it would just look like you painted the middle part of your car.

I was just wondering where you get the Chrome Trim that you've put on after you blacked
    out the front bumper?

    It looks sweet

Thought it might look cool to also plasti-dip the center caps of the wheels

    I like it...

and after everything was done and the plate was put back on. In the spring I am going to get the side mount kit, then have the front plate holes filled and sanded over and plasti-dipped over :D

Did you guys mask the individual diamonds of the grille or just make a triangle mask for the whole logo to be covered?

I just put some tape over the whole thing, then cut off the the extra around the edges with a quickblade knife ;D

Anyone who has the plasti-dip on for over 6 months, how's it holding up? Just kinda curious. I have a few things I was looking at doing, but don't want to do it if it won't last long.
