there are lots of places but what made it broke is in the heater box and to keep the new one from breaking you have to replace it too. to do that the whole dash has to come out! im letting the dealer do mine for just under a grand with the new controlls and all

 

aside from that, anyone know why my ac is always on everytime i turn the fan on, even when i try to put the heat on, the ac starts running and the ac button lights up. cant shut it off.

 

Where do you have it blowing? If it's on defroster, I know a few cars that the a/c comes on whenever the defroster's on. But if not, I don't know what your problem could be.....

 

it doent matter what vent i have the air coming out of, defroster, floor, the ac is always on as long as the fan is on.
