I don't know why the pics turned out fuzzy *cough* too much coffee *cough*

The amp on the passenger side runs my sub and I think it may just be the way I want it. I'm hoping to have the second amp mount carpeted tomorrow before work.

Next up is a nicer enclosure for that sub...something to cover the seat foam...not sure what yet. It's really all just clean-up and make-pretty after that. And I may have to do sound insulation throughout the car because the stuff in the trunk made a huge difference.

Let me know what you think. I'm really happy with the way it turned out so far.

Looks good. But I agree with another sub. Your trunk looks incomplete.

well, if this is anything like any of my past projects it will continue to be a work in progress. the one sub will do me for now. Probably sometime between semesters this year I'll get bored.

You guys already got me thinking though...dammit. I was trying to keep my wallet intact for a little while longer. The only thing is i'm running out of places to put the amps... I'm gonna need a bigger trunk...

The one sub sounds great though. I'm mostly into punk and ska tunes with classic rock to break it up. As long as the bass drum still feels like a friendly kidney punch, I'm happy...

Actually...I'm thinking a sub in each corner against the seat in fiber-glass pods and the next amp in the middle of the back seat...

Anyone know the specs on our alternators...How much further can I push it?

I suppose I could always replace the amp running my current sub with something that will handle two.

This car audio stuff is getting to be an expensive addiction....

I've got the other amp mount carpeted and cleaned up nice today. I also worked everything back into place for now.

I glued some sound insulation foam to the roof of the trunk. I thought it would look pretty nice. I'm not too sure about it now. I might tear it down and use the remaining carpeting to cover the roof of the trunk. I'll take some pics tomorrow and see if I can get some opinions.

Still considering what to do about the subwoofer....
