    its not that simple

you may loose power under low RPM's but may be gaining some at high rps.. and i persinally dont think that we have any low end power to loose

what was that noise the car made when you turned it off? my car makes that and i cant figure out why. it started not to long after i got my new intake like 2 weeks after. still runs fine i just wonder what it is.

I just listened to it again to try to find out what you mean. The only thing I hear when I turn the car off is the muffler rumbling to a stop. After that all of the noises pertain to me getting out of the car, so I dont know what you mean. :?:

Greddy have labeled it a catback, because it connects to the nearest exhaust flange to the cat converter, it just so happens that it is near the rear axle.

the only way to get a "true" catback, is to cut the piping.
if you want something bigger, then hold off for the Injen exhaust, which will be Header-back

So i was doing some research today.

    SpeedCorps offers the gReddy Ti-C
    Full Catback exhaust-$380 shipped

AdvancedSpeed MotorSports offers the gReddy Ti-C
Bolt on Axel back. -$340 shipped

I was talking to my brother seeing as he's a mechanic and he said i might end up losing low end torque with the full cat without a header.

It'll be good for take offs and stuff but once i hit freeway it'll have no compression.

So i was thinking just getting the axel back so all i really change is the sound/look but preforms the same until the Header is avaliable for 5speed.

What do you guys think about all this?

    ok lets clear this up

for our cars, the "cat-back" is actually the axle back... you can not replace our cat. the closest flange to the cat is the axle connection... before that you would have to go all the way back to the header... like crypto said, if you want a TRUE cat-back you would have to cut it out...

    hope that helped!
