INJEN CAI DYNO'D

Yea, I'm getting scared...I need mine for Christmas!!!

 

Actually, with the location of the filter on this CAI, you'll have a hard time hydrolocking your engine. The CAI filter is protected all around by the car parts (like the fender and all plastic parts underneath and behind). I don't think enough water will reach the filter and have an adverse effect, even during heavy rain, especially if you use the hydroprotection device.

 

I still say BS until a regular consumer (not someone sponsored by said company) buys the products and post the dynos.

 

Looks good bro, I'm glad I'm still hoarding my cash waiting to see what come out before I make any purchases...or I should say my wife is hoarding my money and hasn't given me my allowance LOL!!

Doh... my bad, I went back and checked.. I dont have the fed standard 152hp model, I have the CA emissions standard model (pzev) @ 143hp.

I was under the impression that only CA sold them, but after futher research, I found that many states in New England also must adhere to this standard aswell... including CT, as mandatory, for 2008 and up models ! :evil:

After reading that, I looked again at the window sticker I kept from my car, and sure enough in the corner, in small lettering, it says Californa Emissions Standard ... gah... ohwell...

 

i wish that 152 or 143hp would be to the wheel :cry:

thats the amount of HP that our cars would end up having TO THE WHEEL with the the CAI and the exhaust lmao :lol:

its ready. If u have a 5speed, u should be able to get it now. Waiting on transcooler bracket foe CVT.
