We just got the Yellow Tinted and Smoked Tinted Lens options in for the 2008 Lancer Fog lights. These come with everything you'll need for a quick install including wiring and a switch. The description is just a general description of what fog lights do, it doesn't mean the factory fog lamps don't do these things As far as the plastic housing behind the grill area looking different i'm not sure why the pictures look that way? We will update with better pictures soon!

is the bulb replaceable on these?? ive been wanting new housing since my stock ones kinda got burnt w/ the cheap bulb i had before my hid's
