ac doesnt always work

    my ac works but randomly cuts out and doesnt work, but then starts again. anyone know why this could happen?
    it seems like a bad wire, if anyone knows if this is commen help a brother out

    It may be overheating. Check the oil/coolant lines running to it for proper flow

    Bad a/c clutch. Happened with mine for a long time and then finally decided to fix it. It sucked.

    Is that the thing that broke on yours on the inside cabin by your right knee.

    Nope, its on the compressor. It is what starts and stops the compressor when you have the AC or defroster on. You can wither replace the whole unit or just the pulley/clutch assembly...

    For me, it was just the clutch assembly. Sometimes the whole compressor goes bad, but I decided to just change out the clutch first, before trying to take the whole thing apart. And that was just a cable connecting the a/c/heat control to the mechanism to actually change the temperature, Jog.
