Is it like the auto-spoilers on the seabrings, boxters, etc??

 

doesnt sound like a bad idea. I may just do that with the lancer.front doors only though. My rear door barely open as is. Right now they are hard to open. Like the rubber is sticking to the metal frame.

 

^^ Open them up and put some of that tire shine gel on the trim. Mine started doing that about a year ago...haven't had a problem since.

 

I would if I saw a point to it. It's mostly just me in my car anyway. My friend all drive themselves because they dont like the loudness of my car. I can believe it too. I sat in the back seat and let my gf drove and I couldnt here a thing she said. The rrm muffler is loud. And having an empty trunk doesnt help either. That just amplifies the noise.

Sometime I take 45 mins drives just to listen to my car. Still have yet to fix my backfiring. But its kinda loud. Only happens from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd. I hear it loudest 2nd to 3rd. Gettin smaller tires in a few months. Lowering next months. Stockers are 19/55/15. Im getn 195/50/15. 205/45/15 are made for drag racing. I like it but the cornering is very sloppy.

 

Found a downpipe I can buy...but I am very skeptical as it gives no details on the item what so ever.

I have a few questions about this. What is the diameter of this pipe. I'm looking for 2.25" in specific and do you have any downpipes with the flex pipe as well? And what technique was used when welding it? CNC machined, tig-welded, etc. etc. Im curious as I am in desperate need of one and there aren't any junk yards near me and your the only one on ebay that sells them. Thanks in advance. Im looking for 2.25" in specific. I can do without the flex pipe but it's more a durability issue im looking at and an exhaust for the heat.

Bought a sri for my gf 06 aveo. Or 07...she said something about that earlier. Wasnt payin too much attention since I was installin it. Well, come to find out I bought the wrong one. But no one makes one for her year aveo. Anyway...she has been complainin about how she has no getty up and go. Bitch can't drive it right. I drove in it for about 6 miles without the intake and was like " she trippin on something. I need to teach her how to drive this bad boy". She's been shifting before 2.5k rpms. The shit dont get up and do anything before that point. At 2.7k rpm is where you feel it start. So I told her to start shifting at 3k rpms from now on. After I installed that weapon r intake in her car and drove around in it a bit...i felt ashamed to have a lancer. BBBBUUUUTTTT, she is dohc and we are sohc so that spool up it waaaay different. And on top of that ours tops off at 6.3k rpms. Hers is like a honda and tops at 7k rpms. But she needs a decent exhaust as her rpms take a bit for it to drop and her speedometer is slow. I will be done revving and its just starting to move. Retard speedometer. Her 0-40 is much quicker than mine but after 52 mph...its all mine.

no you want a wrx! I know I do. But first turbo oz rally then evo vii (thats right, I want a right hand drive car) then maybe a wrx or sti. Sti is sex. (please dont ban me....pwease?) But evo is orgy on wheels.

 

Something has to change...this 2-3 hours of sleep a day isn't cutting it. blah....
