Hi all... I have been trying to read on success stories in here for successful HID conversions with Lancers with DRL. As i understand what i have read at this moment: (and please help if i am wrong) 1- I need a 9006 HID Conversion Kit 2- I need a Relay harness to have the HID's ON at full power during normal DRL time. Am i ok with that ? Is there any 100% success stories with specific HID conversion Kits and harness ? Will i have to connect the harness to the battery for direct power ? Will i have to splice into existing wiring ? Thanks for all your help !
for the first question. yes the other two the answer is that it all depends on the kit you buy. the kit i bought it wired to the battery and was on all the time. i just rewired it so that my fogs are my DRL and now to turn on my headlights. i turn on the fogs. so mainly i just switched the wire harness for my fogs and headlights. it really easy and i love it. theres a how to on this forum for the method i did.
