    New to the forums thought I would shout out and say hi and share some pics of my lancer. Bought my '03 for $700 in '06 in horrible condition and built it up to what it is today.

    Nice build...and less than 1k for a Lancer...nice. I've been thinking of getting my hands on an 03....but everyone wants more than I'm willing to go..

    Yeah I just happened to luck out with this. Granted it was in horrible shape but still. Had to have body work done and get a paint job plus the tranny was missing lol. Too much other stuff to list be suffice to say it was beat to crap.

    Not nearly as much money as you think (not counting the recent suspension work). Now time thats another story. Everything on my car I have done myself except the body and paint. I even tuned the car myself. I have been extremely resourceful with sourcing parts. Last dyno run put me at 222whp and 244wtrq. I have since raised the boost a little so probably add maybe 10-15 whp to that.
