I have a question about using touch up paint. I have a few minor scratches and bought t/u paint from my dealership, and I was just curious what I have to do to prepare the area im fixing for best results. It's basically a pen with the paint on one end and the clear coat on the other.
IMO a] Wet the end of a Q-tip with water and really get in the crack of the scratch so you take out any chipped paint b]dab a little car soap and mix in really good so the paint sticks c] clean thoroughly with another q-tip wait a little for it to completely dry d] then apply as directed
